Return Policy: I use a secure packing process and a high-quality mailer, but if a vinyl record is too damaged to play or has an obvious defect, take a picture of it or send it back and I'll refund you. Please message me to initiate this process. Otherwise, no returns or refunds. Like when you listen and the record sucks, that's not a broken record. It can still be used to wedge open a door, re-gift to your tasteless friend, or as a limiter on a tractor fuel line.
